RETURNS POLICY

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened
  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
Important – Sealed Health Products Exception

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, food supplements and ingestible products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Yunova reserves the right to refuse refunds for products returned opened, used, damaged, or not in their original condition.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence before processing a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Returns Process

Customers must contact hello@yunova.com before returning any item to obtain return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
