Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We aim to process orders within one (1) business day.
Orders placed before [X:00pm] will usually be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order and is separate from delivery timeframes.
During peak periods, promotional events, or unforeseen operational delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified where there is a significant delay.

- United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days

Courier & Tracking
All UK orders are shipped via [Courier Name]. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Yunova is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We ship on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of dispatch for UK address and 14 days for European address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance processes beyond our control.
